So every site I am on now has blogging as a part of it. Tribe.net, Live Journal (nothin but bloggin there baby), myspace (yes I have one to keep in touch with mostly SCA peeps), CalorieCount Plus.... everything. I don't even really use the blog options on any of those... if I want someone to know something I tell them outright... What it is with blogging? Are there really people out there who want to know all this shit about other people they have never met?

I also have my very own yahoo group that is nothing but my journal and a few friends who read it. Strange, but somehow it keeps me honest.

So, What does one write in blogs? Like how their day was? So far, at 7:08am I have been up for about an hour and a half, have woken hubby up and made him go to work and then I sat here. Yesterday, I had to skip the gym because I got a cut on the top of my foot and couldn't lace up my shoes to go and do some running. Guess I coulda gone and lifted weights, but instead I got a bunch of housework done. I had to work until almost 6pm, then I went to the store for some dinner stuff and we watched Evan Almighty after hubby got home from work. Exciting, right?

Was that interesting?

Maybe people use blogs to talk about projects they are working on... for me right now I am hand sewing the neckline of an underdress and am about to start a wool tunic to go under an apron dress that I will wear to 12th night in January. I also have to figure out what embroidery stitch to use and what design I want to finish the sleeves and the neckline of that wool tunic. It will be of rectangular construction and so I also will have seam finishing to worry about... which makes no sense to anyone who isn't in the SCA or doesn't know someone who is.

Hmmmm... maybe they share something totally juicy about life that they think their SO will not find out about because s/he doesn't even know you have the blog going... except that there are people on your friends list who know that SO and might share with them the juicy stuff... oh, and I have no juicy stuff. Unless it involves the hubby. I am a little monogamous like that.

Anyway, really I just wanted to have something on my page to take up some of that huge empty space there... so I wrote this nonsense to fill it.
